The team’s extensive expertise in dealing with high value, complex commercial litigation and arbitration funding requests is further strengthened with the arrival in London of Lucy Pert as Director of Litigation Funding and Peter Yam as Corporate Counsel. Lucy joins from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Previously, she worked in the financial institutions dispute resolution group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Peter has worked for leading international law firms in Sydney and London, including Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance and Clyde & Co. He also was sole Legal Counsel at The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Ltd.
Other recruits include Silvia Van den Bruel as BD & Marketing Manager, previously at Devereux Chambers and global private equity house Advent International.
