Charles Jeffery

Responsible for originating claims primarily within the insolvency market from insolvency practitioners and lawyers, in multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Harbour, Charles led the insolvency efforts for the EMEA region for a listed Australian litigation funder where he originated and worked on claims ranging in value from US$1million up to US$500million. Charles was also co-responsible for establishing and implementing a claim assignment structure to the UK insolvency market.

With eight years of litigation funding experience, Charles is well placed and highly regarded within the insolvency and dispute resolution market.

Charles is a member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL).
