Nic is an excellent litigation funder to deal with – responsive, professional and supportive. Nic is sufficiently engaged in the case content to offer helpful insight yet appropriately cognisant of the different roles played and of the duties we, as lawyers, have to our clients.

As a claimant I have had the true pleasure of working with Nic and Harbour on a highly contentious dispute. Our circumstances were such that we needed substantial and urgent funding. Corralling Harbour’s vast resources, Nic moved quickly and together we were able to craft a tailored solution that worked for both of us and immediately leveled the litigation playing field. Since initial funding, Nic has been the consummate professional, available on a moment’s notice, thorough in his case monitoring and always ensuring our bills are settled in a timely manner. A first-class executive that has always stood by his word.
